The study was carried out in two phases. In the initial phase the study was conduct with the management team including the head of the departments of the Berger Paints Pakistan to get the insight of the actual problem being faced. And after getting the to the roots cause of problem, in the second phase in-depth study was conducted with a number of transporter for getting their insight for why such problems arise while utilizing Bilty as a mode of transporting consignments. Also afterwards to get an insight of what factors actually influence on transporter for causing such delays.
