This project investigates the relationship between interior design and the importance of well-being in a setting. It also discusses the importance of designing and conceptualizing a wellness club. In recent years, there has been a great emphasis on wellbeing in our daily life which has increased in producing wellness-focused places for people to relax and enjoy. The purpose of this Wellness Club is to help individuals take a break from their everyday life and maintain comprehensive well-being like, physical, mental, and social. It aims to provide a secure and caring environment for young people to begin on a path of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth. While considering physical, mental, and emotional well-being, the wellness club design process takes a comprehensive approach. The theme for the wellness club is biophilic design, which includes natural materials like calming color palettes and adaptable rooms that can accommodate various wellness activities. Biophilic design concepts have a very refreshing nature that promotessustainability and well-being by connecting people with nature. The main goal of this design is to provide a peaceful and healing environment that can develop a deep connection with nature, cause relaxation and reduce stress in people. Both qualitative and quantitative analysis were conducted for this study which includes, behavioral observations, surveys, and interviews to assess how spatial configurations, material choices, and lighting schemes can be combined to create a rejuvenating environment. With the help of wellness ideas in the design process, a setting was developed that is not only visually appealing but also adds to the general well-being of its users. Additionally, this study adds to the growing area of wellness-oriented design by providing an extensive framework for creating interior spaces that nourish the mind, body, and soul. By implementing the concepts of eudaimonic design and prioritizing human well-being in the design process, a place was developed that inspires and uplifts, promoting a culture of holistic wellbeing in an increasingly urbanized society.enWellness whisperswhere every corner speaks serenity in designThesis
