The population of the study was the hearing impaired employees working in private and government institutions. The researcher collected data from different workplaces of Lahore, researcher also managed to approach the hearing impaired employees working in other cities i.e., Multan, Faisalabad, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur. The primary purpose of the study was to sort out the problems faced by hearing impaired employees in different workplaces and for this purpose questionnaire was generated and filled by the participants under study. On the basis of the responses the researcher figured out the problems faced by hearing impaired employees in different workplaces. The objectives of the study were to investigate the problems faced by hearing impaired workers in their respective work fields, to examine the implications of current employment trends, for those with hearing impairment, to know whether the persons with hearing impairment are satisfied with their jobs and to aware the people with hearing impairment about their job rights.
