In the very first meeting of its establishment, a constitution was formed. However, after the establishment of Pakistan, amendments were also made as per the need of the time. Party policies are formulated while keeping this constitution in mind. However, sometimes keeping in mind the requirements of expediency, the leaders of the Jamaat set aside the constitution of the Jamaat for political purposes and also took actions that were against the constitution of the Jamaat, and these actions led to the intellectual degradation and dissension for Jamaat-e Islami.Jamaat-e-Islami is trying to reform morals and character and establish Islamic system of life in a democratic and constitutional way. It is a revolutionary movement that is actively working to achieve the practical expression of the ideology of Pakistan , the motto of Jamaat e-Islami is that all its endeavors are for the establish of an Islamic system. Jamaat-e-Islami is an organized and ideological party whose impacts on national politics and social life can be significantly seen and felt. Its workers are organized, ideologically trained and driven towards their cause. Jamaat-e-Islami considers the Qur'an and Sunnah as the constitution and considers the Islamic laws as the plan of life, and in the light of the orders of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, it declares the constitution of the state and the execution of all affairs of the state as necessary.enThesis
