Conventional approaches to steam heating systems have proven vitality, but, unfortunately, they demand a lot of energy and costs will be high; hence, new strategies are required. This project seeks to improve the efficiency of heating jacketed kettles by replacing the steam heating system by hot water system from gas geysers. Gas geysers are characterizing by a rapid and constant heat output that guarantees the population access to a stable energy source. Through use of gas geysers to warm water, which warms the kettles the project strives at maximizing the advantage of thermal energy in procedures. The design of the system, including the heat exchanger and control strategies, has thoroughly examined. Through modeling and analysis, the thermal, economic, and environmental performances are evaluating. The findings indicate that this gas geyser-based hot water system offers a practical solution for industries with high thermal energy demands, resulting in improved operational costs and lower carbon emissions compared to conventional steam heating methods.enDesign and optimization of a double jacketed kettle with integrated gas geyser to enhanced heating performanceThesis
