The primary goal of this web based application is not only profitability but also availability of the product to the customers on a click. This project deals with developing an Allijja Abaya e-commerce web based application. It will deal with two types of customers, individual and wholesale customers, with their account option. Right now, it targets wholesale customers only, but extension to facilitate individuals is straightforward. The system is implemented with backend SQL database, PHP and a web Browser as the front end clients. In order to develop this project, we learnt how to deal with tables, how to implement using different languages, how to deal with server and client side scripting, etc. This web application is useful for all types of consumers, i.e., computer literate or novice users, as the design is very simple.
