dc.description.abstractThe study aims to discover the relationship between Leadership Competencies on Project performance with the mediating role of job satisfaction. The study was conducted through quantitative method relating by Path Goal Leadership Theory & Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene Theory. The data was collected through survey method from 305 workforces working in Punjab Police Safe City Project, Lahore. The data was analyzed by SPSS with causal Molding Software. Outcomes of the study showed the positive impact of Leadership Competencies on the project performance. A very strong relationship was observed with the mediator job satisfaction on project performance and Leadership Competency in Punjab police department. Job satisfaction as a mediator has a significant influence between the relationship of Emotional Leadership Competency, Managerial Leadership Competency and Intellectual Leadership Competency and project Performance.
