    The study aims to explore the existing recruitment and selection practices at Fauji Foods and their impact on motivation of employees. It was observed that in the organization, reference based hiring effects the employee turnover because when organization hire wrong person who is not compatible with the position will lead to low productivity and weak morale. It may sometimes upset the team because employees feel that hired one isn‟t much competitive and have lack of ideas.
